Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner – Basingstoke / hybrid

Up to £54k + bonus

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a globally recognised organisation. This role focuses on providing strategic insight, high-quality analysis, and strong business partnering.

The Opportunity

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Support the delivery of a finance strategy aligned with wider business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight on performance, planning, and operational development.

Global Finance Operations

  • Work closely with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices.
  • Resolve complex financial queries raised by senior leaders and operational teams.

Analysis & Planning

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic plans.
  • Produce high-quality financial analysis, including trend reporting and scenario modelling.

Business Partnering

  • Provide clear, actionable financial advice to non-finance teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to guide decision-making and challenge performance.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved reporting.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations highlighting key drivers and performance trends.
  • Monitor and challenge business performance to ensure alignment with financial and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Finalist or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with fantastic communication and partnering skills.
  • Proactive, commercially focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills; experience with Power BI highly desirable.
