Finance Business Partner – Marketing & Product - Contract Watford - 2-3 days per week
Key Responsibiliti esOwn month-end processes, budgets, and re forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporti ngDeliver clear financial control, with well-understood and documented assumptions, balance sheet ownership, and oversight of risks, opportunities, and GRNI balanc esProduce and present detailed monthly performance analysis and commentary to both internal and external stakeholde rsManage RAB requests and present at bi-weekly reviews, including validation of people costs reporti ngPartner closely with FP&A and Cost teams to ensure alignment and consistency across Finan ceProvide robust financial modelling and reporting, including support for Marketing scorecar dsLead process improvements to simplify and enhance current ways of worki ngDevelop and maintain reporting packs tracking spend vs budget/forecast, remaining spend, risks, and opportuniti esSupport ongoing and new initiatives with financial insight and ad-hoc analys isWork collaboratively with a Finance Graduate, delegating BAU activities and supporting their developme
