About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join us here at TransUnion.

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in revenue planning, forecasting, analytics, and strategic insights that support commercial decision-making across UK & Europe. This is a highly visible role that works closely with Sales and Solutions. You’ll bring insight, challenge, and strategic thinking to help drive decision-making and accelerate growth. You’ll have an inquisitive mindset to contribute towards transforming and optimizing the way we do things and deliver timely insight-driven financial outcomes that support the group’s long-term goals.

This role will report to our Senior Finance Manager – Revenue and will form part of a wider team of Finance Business Partners. This is a hybrid position, involving regular performance of job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at an assigned TransUnion office location, for a minimum of two days a week.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the end-to-end revenue forecasting process for sector and line of business.
  • Deliver accurate, insightful projections and trend analysis.

Process & Systems Optimization

  • Champion best practices and leverage the latest tools.
  • Transform and simplify revenue models to improve forecasting methodologies and accuracy.

Month-End & Reporting Excellence

  • Ensure accurate, timely month-end deliverables.
  • Drive visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and strong narratives.

Commercial Deal Support

  • Provide financial input, challenge, and scenario modelling for new commercial deals.
  • Support pricing decision-making through margin analysis and P&L impact assessment.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Operate as a strategic partner across:
    • Go-To-Market (Sales)
    • Solutions
    • Finance
    • Executive teams
  • Proactively manage communication and timelines with UK & European stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment and transparency.

Team Development

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Foster collaboration across Revenue FP&A teams in multiple locations.

Culture & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the wider function to drive initiatives that make Finance a great place to work.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Qualified accountant with proven expertise in FP&A, commercial finance, or revenue analytics in a complex or fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of revenue modeling, forecasting methodologies, and key commercial metrics.
  • Strong degree of commercial acumen and a proactive, curious mindset.
  • Experience in developing and implementing new tools, processes, and forecast methodologies, ideally within Revenue.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • A growth mindset champion who:
    • Thrives on change.
    • Encourages innovation.
    • Contributes to a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Strong accountability, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
