Finance Business Partner

Milton Keynes | Hybrid (2 Days Office) | £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

A growing organisation is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders with financial insight, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Please note: Ideally candidates must be available to start within a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Build financial models and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leaders across multiple business functions.
  • Support business cases, projects, and transformation initiatives.
  • Provide clear, actionable financial insight to drive performance.
  • Improve reporting processes and challenge business assumptions.

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to turn complex data into meaningful business insight.
  • Available to commence employment at short notice.
