Finance Business Partner
Milton Keynes | Hybrid (2 Days Office) | £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
A growing organisation is seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders with financial insight, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Please note: Ideally candidates must be available to start within a short notice period.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Build financial models and identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with senior leaders across multiple business functions.
- Support business cases, projects, and transformation initiatives.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insight to drive performance.
- Improve reporting processes and challenge business assumptions.

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to turn complex data into meaningful business insight.
- Available to commence employment at short notice.
