Finance Business Partner - London - £40,000 - £45,000 - Study
Our client is a rapidly expanding company. As they continue to grow, they are now recruiting for a commercially focused, part-qualified accountant to join them in an analytical role to support commercial and operational teams.
Duties will include:
- Analyse sales, labour productivity, and operational trends to support performance management across the business
- Deliver accurate reporting to operations and finance teams to support decision-making
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for commercial initiatives, operational reviews, and strategic projects
- Support budgeting and forecasting by maintaining financial models and planning cycles
- Collect, validate, and analyse financial data for business planning
- Identify risks and opportunities through performance analysis and insights
- Improve reporting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
- Assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools with the Commercial Finance Manager
- Maintain operational reporting systems, including Fourth and Power BI
- Monitor performance of commercial initiatives, upsell programmes, and operational improvement projects

Qualifications:

- You will be a part-qualified accountant with experience within a multi-site company, ideally within retail or hospitality. Strong Excel and Power BI skills will be beneficial.
