Finance Business Partner
Scotland
£80,000 - £90,000 + Car + bonus
I'm working exclusively on behalf of a leading UK services organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner supporting a portfolio of long-term service contracts across Scotland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused qualified accountant who enjoys partnering with operational leaders, influencing strategic decisions and driving financial performance within a complex, multi-site, contracts-led environment.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll become a trusted adviser to senior operational stakeholders, providing commercial insight, challenging decision making and helping maximise contract performance.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the financial performance of a portfolio generating approximately £40-60m of annual revenue, delivering high-quality commercial support through business partnering, financial planning and analysis.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with operational leadership teams, helping them understand performance, identify opportunities, manage risk and improve profitability.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
