Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will support strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and partnering with key stakeholders. This role is based in Berkshire within a growing B2B business. The role is purely revenue side focused, not cost so, experience of partnering with sales / accountant management is essential.

Description

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Pricing and customer contract compilation.
  • Partner with and challenge commercial teams to drive revenue, margin and profitability.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Support forecasting processes and ensure accurate predictions.
  • Identify revenue maximisation opportunities.
  • Drive customer retention and new client acquisition.

Profile

The successful Finance Business Partner will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial planning, reporting, and partnering with stakeholders. Specifically on the revenue side - sales, revenue, margin and profit focus. You will have partnered with sales and account managers.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
