Finance Business Partner North Oxfordshire | Hybrid Working | Up to £55,000 + benefits ** URGENT START**
OVERVIEW AtkinsClarke are supporting a growing multi-site organisation with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner to support a key operational division during an exciting period of growth and development. This is a broad and hands-on finance role, combining strong financial control with meaningful business partnering across operational stakeholders. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting business performance while helping to maintain robust financial processes and reporting. The role would suit someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure across both operational and commercial finance.
COMPANY Our client is an established and growing business operating across multiple sites within a service-led environment. With a strong customer base and ambitious leadership team, the organisation continues to evolve its structure and processes to support ongoing growth and operational performance. The finance team plays a key role in supporting divisional leaders, providing insight, challenge and financial guidance across the wider business.
OPPORTUNITY As Finance Business Partner, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance activities for a key operational area, supporting both financial reporting and wider commercial decision-making. The role will provide excellent exposure across the business and offer the opportunity to build strong relationships with both finance and operational stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Producing monthly management accounts and reporting packs Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow activities Providing financial analysis and insight to operational stakeholders Supporting business performance through effective finance partnering Supporting process improvements and finance projects Working closely with operational teams to understand business performance Helping to drive efficiencies and improve financial visibility across the division This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys balancing technical finance responsibilities with stakeholder interaction and commercial support.

PERSON We’re looking for a proactive and commercially aware finance professional with previous experience within a management accounting or finance management role. You will ideally bring: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or finalist/QBE with relevant experience) Experience producing management accounts and financial reporting Strong analytical and communication skills The ability to build relationships with non-finance stakeholders A hands-on and adaptable approach Previous experience within a fast-paced or multi-site environment A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to support change Previous exposure to operational or divisional finance environments would be advantageous.
