Finance Business Partner
Finance Business Partner – EMEA Division
The Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the EMEA division. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to regional and functional leadership, delivering deep financial insights, strategic recommendations, and practical support to drive decision-making.
The Finance Business Partner will strengthen planning, forecasting, management reporting, and business decision support across EMEA, empowering leaders to assess risks, opportunities, and investment choices with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for the EMEA division, including aligning key assumptions, business drivers, and inputs in the planning tool.
- Collaborate with the FP&A analyst team and business stakeholders to develop the annual plan, budgets, forecasts, and related financial analysis.
Financial Insights & Strategic Guidance
- Provide forward-looking financial insights, including trends, risks, opportunities, and implications for strategic priorities.
- Translate complex financial performance into actionable recommendations for regional operations and leadership.
Management Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Own the monthly management reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity in performance analysis.
- Deliver transparent financial updates and actionable recommendations to EMEA operations, regional leadership, and the Head of FP&A.

Financial Blueprinting & Scenario Analysis
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses, business cases, scenario models, and what-if analyses to support operational, corporate, and strategic initiatives.
- Challenge planning assumptions constructively, improving forecast quality and accountability.
Collaboration & Business Partnering
- Partner with Finance Business Partners, regional leadership, and internal stakeholders to assess market and business changes and their financial implications.
- Support -FP&A analysts in developing business partnering, analytical, and communication skills.
- Motivate teams and drive accountability through clear communication, trust-building, and constructive advocacy.
Ad Hoc & Special Projects
- Assist with ad hoc financial analyses and special projects, focusing on insight-driven recommendations with measurable business impact.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) highly valued.
Experience & Skills
- 7–10+ years of finance experience, ideally in insurance, financial services, strategy, consulting, or global business environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect financial performance with business outcomes.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, decisiveness, and fact-based recommendations in complex scenarios.
- Broad financial, operational, and regulatory knowledge, with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in simplifying financial complexity for business audiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder credibility, earned through constructive challenge, responsiveness, and advocacy for disciplined financial decision-making.
- Ownership, initiative, and independence in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in financial systems and BI tools, with experience in Anaplan and Power BI being a plus.
