Finance Business Partner Opportunities Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Excellent Benefits Location: London (Hybrid) Role type: Permanent We are partnering with a highly respected organisation operating at significant scale within a regulated environment to recruit several Finance Business Partners as part of an exciting period of growth and transformation within its Finance function. These newly created and existing opportunities offer the chance to work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, providing strategic financial insight, robust challenge and commercial support to help shape key business decisions. The Opportunities We are recruiting for three specialist Finance Business Partner positions, the unique elements of each role include: Partnering with senior leaders across key corporate functions, you will provide financial insight, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis while supporting decision-making and promoting strong financial governance. A unique opportunity to establish and shape a newly created business partnering role focused on income performance. Working closely with commercial and marketing teams, you will develop forecasting models, analyse income drivers and support strategic initiatives that maximise organisational performance. Supporting a significant portfolio of strategic change initiatives, you will provide investment appraisal, financial modelling, business case review and ongoing financial oversight to ensure investment decisions deliver maximum value and align with long-term strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Across all roles, responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality business partnering support to senior stakeholders. Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Providing insightful financial analysis, reporting and performance commentary. Supporting strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and business case evaluation. Identifying financial risks and opportunities and recommending appropriate actions. Challenging assumptions and promoting strong financial accountability across the business. Strengthening financial governance, controls and value-for-money principles. Developing meaningful management information, KPIs and performance reporting. Supporting continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting and systems. Essential skills: We are keen to speak with commercially minded finance professionals who enjoy building relationships, influencing decision-making and translating complex financial information into meaningful business insight. A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent). Post-qualified experience within finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance. Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills. Experience working with senior stakeholders and non-finance leaders. Excellent communication and influencing abilities. Advanced Excel and strong financial systems capability. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness. Experience operating within a regulated, governance-focused or complex organisational environment. Additional experience in areas such as commercial finance, income analysis, investment appraisal, transformation programmes, strategic planning or financial modelling would be advantageous.
