Job Description

Miniclip has grown substantially over the last few years; not just in terms of revenues and headcount, but also in complexity as the company has combined organic growth with M&A activity. To support our ambitious growth strategy, we have built a new structure for the Commercial Finance Team in which a Finance Business Partner will partner with select Studios and bring FP&A support to the next level.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Manager, this role offers exposure to senior management, including the Head of FP&A & CFO, as well as the senior stakeholders across all game studios. You will be providing vital insight and business partner support to key stakeholders and helping to influence the company’s ability to make decisions to further its strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a team with real responsibility and impact.

The ideal candidate is a passionate and driven finance professional who can adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

  • Commercial Support: Act as the primary commercial partner for Studio Directors, influencing decision-making to align with Miniclip’s strategic goals.
  • Performance Insights: Lead monthly trade decks and operational reviews, providing senior management with data-driven commentary on studio performance.
  • FP&A Ownership: Drive the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle for dedicated studios, ensuring all assumptions are validated and variances explained.
  • Growth & Metrics: Support long-term strategic planning and define success metrics for new game launches.
  • Scalable Processes: Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements support company growth.
  • Risk Management: Proactively monitor risks and opportunities, identifying efficiencies to enhance business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
