Finance Business Partner – Up to £60,000 (Milton Keynes)

What is the role?
The Finance Business Partner will report into the Commercial Finance Lead and will partner key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and purchasing.
You will oversee:
- The delivery of financial information, including:
- Monthly and quarterly performance reporting
- Budget variance analysis
- Identification of areas of risk/opportunity
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Creation and delivery of dashboards, including key financial KPI metrics
- Development of financial models
- Challenging the decision-making process for:
- New bids
- Tenders
- Commercial agreements
- Acting as the key point of contact for all finance-related matters across operational teams
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis where required

What experience do you need to be considered?
To be considered for the role of Junior Finance Business Partner, applicants must have:

- Experience in a stakeholder-facing role with demonstrable business partnering experience
- Ideally hold a professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), though partially qualified (PQ) and qualified but employable (QBE) will be considered
- Availability to work onsite 3–4 days per week in Milton Keynes
- Prior experience working within a product-led organisation (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, or engineering)
