The Two Circles

The Two Circles purpose is to build a better future for the sports industry. We are seeking a Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in liaising between the Finance department and various divisions. This role is responsible for delivering financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic support to drive informed decision-making, enhance financial performance, and achieve business objectives.

The role will report into the Head of FP&A. We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a passion for the sports industry.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for allocated division, including monthly management accounts and ad hoc reports.
  • Collaborate with division leaders to prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modelling, and scenario planning.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between financial goals and business objectives.
  • Assist with year-end audit queries
  • Assisting with integrating finance operations across new acquisitions
  • Ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements

The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with high volumes of work and remaining organised
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • An ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of business
  • Strong interpersonal skills
