Senior Business Partner
Bracknell - Hybrid
£65-72k + bonus + strong benefits
We Do Group is supporting a global market-leading healthcare business to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their UK finance team.
This role offers the opportunity to join an established international organisation with a truly entrepreneurial and customer centric spirit, working within an high performing finance team that sits at the centre of commercial decision making.
We are looking for a qualified accountant who is passionate about partnering with stakeholders, transforming financial data into meaningful insights and driving reporting improvements that support business growth.
This position works closely with the EMEA Finance Director and regional operational leaders, providing analysis, forecasting and reporting that directly influences business performance.

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience using BI and/or reporting tools
- Previous experience within a commercial finance, FP&A or finance analyst role

The Role
The successful Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Full ownership of commercial and financial performance reporting for assigned business unit, including the annual sales plan.
- Delivering insightful KPI reporting and analysis to support strategic decision making
- Taking ownership of budgeting and forecasting for assigned business unit, ensuring robust and accurate financial projections
- Supporting annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes across the broader EMEA business
- Business partnering with key commercial stakeholders (including BU leadership) to provide financial insight and challenge where appropriate
- Contribute to BU level board reporting and present key information and insight when required.
- Provide broad consolidated P&L and performance analysis across the wider EMEA business, including the monthly management pack.
- Developing and enhancing reporting dashboards using Power BI and other visualisation tools
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and enhanced data visualisation or AI tools.
- Maintaining the integrity of financial and commercial data to support accurate reporting
- Producing ad hoc commercial analysis to support strategic projects and business initiatives
- Supporting wider finance transformation and continuous improvement projects across the UK business

Your Profile
We are looking for an ambitious finance professional who combines strong analytical ability with excellent commercial awareness.
You'll enjoy working with data, spotting trends and turning complex financial information into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be proactive, inquisitive and confident building relationships across both finance and the wider business, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence decision making.

Salary & Benefits
