Role Overview

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our EMEA business. This role sits at the heart of the organization, providing financial insight and support to senior leaders. You'll help the business understand performance, manage costs, improve profitability, and make informed decisions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations, turning financial data into meaningful insights and highlighting risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly reporting and analysis of financial results.
  • Present P&L performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Review key business metrics, including revenue, gross margin, sales pipeline, backlog, and headcount costs.
  • Prepare month-end commentary and performance reporting.
  • Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Work with managers to understand spending, challenge costs, and improve performance.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic projects.
  • Lead WIP reviews and identify revenue recognition risks.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reviews.
  • Help improve finance processes, reporting, and systems.
  • Provide analysis and support for board reporting, tenders, and other business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or FP&A role.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and financial models.
  • Able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly.
