Finance Business Partner
Join a team where your financial insight helps shape business performance across some of Goodwood's most unique hospitality experiences.
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Entertaining & Hospitality Division. Working closely with operational managers and the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in delivering robust financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including The Kennels, Hound Lodge, and Golf.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded finance professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-making, and turning financial data into meaningful business insight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce management accounts
- Support business managers with forecasts and budgeting
- Monitor financial performance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls
- Become a trusted partner to stakeholders across the division, helping them understand their numbers and make informed decisions
What You'll Need:
- Qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA
- Strong experience within a commercial finance environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations would be advantageous
