Role: Finance Business Partner – Operations & Supply Chain Location: Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire Border (Hybrid: 2 days in office) Salary: Up to £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Corporate Benefits Company: Leading FTSE 250 International Retailer / Brand

Our team has been exclusively retained by a multi-billion-pound turnover FTSE 250 brand to find a high-calibre Finance Business Partner. This high-profile role commands a large £800m+ operational & commercial cost base. You will directly influence strategic decision-making across the core engine room of this international household brand.

The Opportunity You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 3 ambitious finance professionals. Your remit is fast-paced, highly visible, and commercially critical. Key stakeholder partnerships include: Operations: Acting as the trusted commercial partner to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Contact Centres: Driving efficiency and performance alongside the Contact Centre Director. Supply Chain: Optimising end-to-end logistics with the Supply Chain Director.

You'll be involved in: Strategic Partnering: Challenge and influence C-suite and Director-level operational stakeholders. Commercial Analysis: Deliver insights on product journeys, warehousing, distribution, and customer care. Cost Management: Direct financial control and transformation over a complex £800m+ budget. Team Leadership: Inspire a capable team of 3, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your background: Experience: Proven track record in Operational, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing finance. Scale: Background operating within large, complex environments (£1BN+ turnover businesses). Corporate Profile: Exposure to large listed (PLCs) or Private Equity (PE) backed structures. Pace: Highly adaptable to fast-moving, rapidly changing corporate landscapes. Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
