Ready to be part of Europe's finance revolution?

We're transforming how startups manage their finances - and we want you to help shape that future.

Every startup founder has a moment when financial complexity threatens to derail their vision - brilliant minds get lost in spreadsheets instead of building breakthrough products. That's the problem we solve.

This isn't your typical finance role. As our Finance Business Partner, you'll become the strategic finance partner that founders rely on for critical decisions, working alongside experienced CFO Partners in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll become a strategic finance expert that some of Europe's most promising startups depend on. You'll work with a portfolio of clients - from AI innovators scaling internationally to sustainable fashion brands preparing for a Series A journey - guiding their most critical financial decisions.

Your days will be strategically focused and impactful. You might start by building financial models with a fintech startup preparing for fundraising, then collaborate with CFO Partners on monthly board reports. Working closely with our Finance Assistants, you'll ensure robust financial controlling - combining their detailed operational work with your strategic oversight to deliver flawless client reporting. Throughout it all, experienced CFO Partners will mentor your development, helping you grow as a finance professional.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
