Finance Business Partner – Integrations

Contract: Permanent
Location: Remote (UK-based) + occasional travel to acquired sites
Sector: Manufacturing / Engineering (Private Equity-backed)
Salary: £60k - £70k +10% bonus

A high-growth, Private Equity–backed manufacturing group is seeking a Finance Business Partner – Integrations to support its ambitious buy-and-build strategy.

This is a unique, newly created role offering significant exposure to M&A activity, senior stakeholders, and transformation projects. You will play a critical role in integrating newly acquired businesses into the Group, ensuring finance systems, processes, and reporting are aligned from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance integration for newly acquired businesses
  • Assess systems, processes, and controls; align to Group standards
  • Manage multiple integration projects end-to-end
  • Partner with local teams and act as key finance contact
  • Support ERP/system migrations and process standardisation
  • Implement cash flow, banking, and reporting requirements
  • Drive improvements, automation, and integration best practice

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience with acquisition integration
  • Strong project management and multitasking capability
  • Exposure to systems/ERP or transformation projects beneficial
  • Commercially minded with strong stakeholder skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments
