Location: Leicestershire – 3 days on-site

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to shape commercial decisions and drive strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide insightful reporting and financial analysis, with clear recommendations
- Support investment appraisals and business case development
- Ensure accurate month-end reporting and maintain robust financial controls
- Monitor costs and financial health, identifying risks and uncovering performance opportunities
- Drive efficiencies across finance processes and reporting
About You
- Qualifications:
- Fully-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance experience
