Business Partner, Finance Procurement Operations
Temp Contract | Immediate Start | Hybrid Working (3 days in Central London)
We're partnering with a global entertainment organisation to recruit a Business Partner, Finance Procurement Operations professional to join their London team on a temporary basis.
This is a varied role supporting finance and studio teams across procurement, purchasing and financial operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth P2P processes, supporting month-end activities, managing supplier and purchase order workflows, and helping provide accurate financial reporting and budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Creating and reviewing purchase orders and supplier requests
- Supporting contract reviews and change orders
- Managing invoices, accruals and month-end activities
- Tracking spend against budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring accurate financial coding and reporting
- Supporting supplier management and stakeholder queries
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows
- Providing ad hoc finance and operational support as required

About You
- 3+ years' experience within Finance, Accounting or Procurement Operations
- Experience within a global entertainment, media, streaming, luxury or premium consumer brand
- Strong understanding of P2P, procurement and purchase order processes
- Knowledge of accruals, prepayments, CAPEX/OPEX and general accounting principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Experience with Workday Financials is highly desirable
