We're partnering with a successful organisation in Liverpool to recruit a Finance Business Partner into a highly visible role supporting a range of professional stakeholders.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a spreadsheet all day—you'll be front and centre, partnering with demanding, detail-focused individuals who expect a high standard of service, insight and communication.

You'll need credibility, resilience, and the confidence to challenge constructively while maintaining strong working relationships.

The Role

As a key member of the finance team, you'll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight, analysis and support to drive performance and informed decision-making.

You'll be expected to understand the detail, explain the numbers clearly, and provide a first-class service while navigating challenging conversations and competing priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
