Overview
We are hiring a Finance Business Partner who will play a central role in shaping commercial performance across our Publicis Health agencies. This is an opportunity to translate data into meaningful insight, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive growth, profitability and smarter decision-making. You’ll join a collaborative finance team at the heart of a business driven by creativity, innovation and client impact. Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with agency and departmental leaders to review and optimise P&L performance
- Manage revenue forecasts, ensuring accuracy, robustness and clear visibility of risks and opportunities
- Identify and drive client profitability improvements alongside client and project teams
- Lead regular commercial discussions with client and project management stakeholders
- Take ownership of operational finance support for key agencies, working closely with senior finance leadership
- Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business
- Improve financial processes and efficiencies to support scalable, sustainable growth
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for:
- Part-qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect finance to business performance
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills across teams
- Proficiency in Excel and working with complex datasets
