As a Finance Business Partner in our Pharmacy team based in Nottingham, Beeston, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting our business leaders in making informed decisions. Your expertise will help us achieve our financial targets while fostering a collaborative and performance-focused culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Drive performance to deliver financial targets and support financial commitments across various cycles.
  • Ensure strong financial control and adherence to governance standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting change initiatives.
  • Apply strategic thinking to contribute to long-term planning and growth.
  • Influence stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.

What You’ll Need To Have (Our Must-Haves)

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Previous finance manager experience with strong commercial awareness.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong analytical capability and understanding of reporting/ERP systems.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in finance transformation programs.
  • Cash and working capital management experience.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability.
