As Finance Business Partner

You will be joining a multifaceted provider organisation and leading the development of a dynamic financial management and business partnering team towards a world class finance function fit for the future.

You will be part of a customer focused team who delivers the day-to-day financial management responsibility of the Trust.

Building on the success of the team and your exemplary leadership skills, you will contribute to the continuous development of the business partnering team aimed at creating a fluid, confident, coherent, and skilled workforce that embraces change, embed the financial culture and provide the financial leadership through all levels of the organisation.

To provide financial leadership across the Trust's Care Groups to support delivery of the Trust's Financial Plan. To provide long and medium term strategic and operational management advice to the Care Groups and support a Care Group level LTFM (Long Term Financial Plan) and monthly analysis of the underlying financial position and run rate for business planning purposes.
