- Own the **financial performance** of our **global Retail channel**

- Assume ownership of the financial performance of the **Retail channel across all markets**

- Maintain end-to-end financial oversight of the global Retail channel, focusing on commercial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the correct allocation of revenue and costs.
- Collaborate closely with the **Management Accounts team** on accurate trade and promotional spend recording, as well as assessment and understanding of variances in budgets and forecasts.

We are looking for a highly-driven, analytical individual to join our Finance Business Partner (Retail) team. Your key responsibility would be to steer the financial performance of our global Retail channel and act as a trusted commercial partner for our sales teams.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Own and control financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across all retail markets.
  • Work closely with Management Accounts to ensure accurate recording of trade spend, promotional investments, and channel-specific costs.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, driving performance review among various internal teams in revenue, gross margins, trade funds, and invested marketing spend.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and challenges to improve revenue predictions, promotional activities, marketing efforts, and retailer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate retailer P&Ls, providing detailed financial transparency at every level (per account, country, product).
  • Own market-specific P&L management and collaborate with stakeholders on strategic improvement initiatives.
  • Develop complex financial models to support critical decisions on new products, markets, and retail partnerships.
  • Partner with our data teams to harness data and build reporting structures informing global Retail decision-making.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in Retail performance and propose strategic solutions to optimize profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Accredited Accountancy qualification: Be it ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (and similar).
