About the role We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner with strong commercial experience in service-led or operational environments to take ownership of the UKI Service P&L and support financial performance across the business. Working closely with the Service Director and leadership team, this is a strategic business partnering role embedded within the operation. You’ll provide insight, guidance and constructive challenge to support decision-making, shape strategy, and help deliver sustainable performance and improvement across a fast-paced service function. This role is based in Warrington (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working and regular travel to the Bolton site (BL2 6PU). Key responsibilities Partner with service and operational leader to support financial performance and accountability Take ownership of the Service P&L, including revenue and cost analysis Deliver monthly reporting, insights and performance updates Support budgeting and forecasting processes Interpret cost drivers and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value Contribute to decision-making and support delivery of strategic initiatives and change programmes Review contracts and provide financial input Share financial insights with senior stakeholders in a clear and accessible way Lead Service-related projects for finance including system implementations and Group-wide policy changes About you Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, Divisonal Financial Controller or commercial finance role Experience working at a strategic level, supporting decision-making and contributing to change Background in a service-led or operational environment Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels Understanding of cost drivers and performance in service-based environments Commercial awareness with strong analytical skills Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) Experience working with ERP systems (SAP desirable) Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Willingness to travel between sites What we offer £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience Car or car allowance Hybrid working Career development opportunities within a global organisation Apply now If you’re looking for a role where you can contribute to strategy, support meaningful change and make a positive commercial impact, we’d love to hear from you.
