Finance Business Partner
Cambridgeshire
£60-65k + Package
Client:
A privately owned, fast-growing FMCG business supplying major UK and international retailers. The company has a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and long-term partnerships and they are recognized for delivering high-quality products at scale. Now looking for a new hire in their Finance team, a Finance Business Partner.
Role:
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insight and financial challenge to support strategic decision-making and drive performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes, ensuring accurate reporting and delivering clear recommendations on risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
- Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business outcomes.
- Produce high-quality financial reports for leadership and Board reviews, while maintaining strong financial controls and supporting the development of the finance team.

Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience is required for this Finance Business Partner position.
- You will have proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role or equivalent.
- Experience working within the FMCG industry is preferred, but not essential.
