Finance Business Partner - Fast Growing Consumer Business
Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our client is a fast-growing, consumer business that continues to scale across its operations. With ambitious growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their finance function by bringing in a commercially-minded, analytical finance professional, supporting both operational and finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track the effectiveness of commercial campaigns, upsell initiatives, and projects aimed at operational improvement
- Work alongside the Commercial Finance Manager to build out dashboards and reporting tools
- Spot potential risks and areas of opportunity by analysing performance trends
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting cycles through upkeep of financial models
- Produce clear, reliable reports for both operational and finance stakeholders to guide decision-making
- Provide analysis on request for commercial projects, strategic initiatives, and operational reviews
- Examine trends in sales performance, labour efficiency, and operations to support the wider performance management framework
