This is your opportunity to shape finance processes across the global organisation. You’ll lead the FP&A transformation, implementing SAP Analytics Cloud to redefine financial planning, reporting, and decision-making. As the Finance Business Process Owner, you’ll become the bridge between finance, data, and technology—enabling standardisation, better data, and sharper insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance, Group FP&A, and senior leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and FP&A systems globally.
- Standardise planning, reporting, and FP&A processes while adhering to ABF best practices.
- Ensure global master data structures (e.g., Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres, Profit Centres) support reporting and forecasting.
- Drive process improvements to simplify workflows and enhance system capabilities.
- Track KPIs to monitor adoption, utilisation, and business value through stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain an FP&A training framework, including user guides and AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Support solution design, testing, change management, and system enhancements to deliver ongoing value.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to align business needs with global finance objectives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years’ experience in Finance, with a focus on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven track record in leading finance transformations, process improvements, or system initiatives.
- Preference for candidates with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience in a global or complex organisation.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead meetings, drive actions, and effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
