Role Overview
We are transforming finance across TwiningsOvo, seeking someone to shape a global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solution powered by SAP Analytics Cloud. This opportunity allows you to redefine decision-making processes globally—building systems that improve standardisation, data integrity, and strategic insights.
As the Finance Business Process Owner, you will own and enhance FP&A processes worldwide. Working at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement a high-quality planning and reporting system.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance, Group FP&A, and senior leadership to align financial planning with broader business objectives.
- Oversee the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of SAP Analytics Cloud and related FP&A systems across global business units.
- Facilitate standardisation of planning, reporting, and FP&A processes in line with Advanced Beverage Frontiers (ABF) best practices.
- Ensure global master data structures (e.g., Chart of Accounts, Cost/Profit Centres) support financial reporting and planning.
- Drive process improvements, simplifying workflows and enhancing system capabilities to improve efficiency.
- Monitor adoption, utilisation, and business impact through KPIs, ensuring measurable benefits for stakeholders.
- Own the global FP&A training framework, including user guides and leveraging AI-enabled learning resources.
- Support solution design, testing, change management, and system enhancements to deliver business value sustainably.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, aligning business needs with global finance strategy.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
✅ 5+ years of experience in Finance, covering:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
✅ Proven leadership in:
- Leading finance transformation initiatives
- Designing and implementing process improvements

✅ Hands-on experience with:
- Global or complex organisational structures
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (highly preferred but not mandatory)
✅ Core transferable skills:
- Analytical reasoning
- Clear communication (oral & written)
- Presentation & stakeholder engagement
- Ability to drive decisions, facilitate meetings, and execute actions effectively
✅ Mindset attributes:
- Highly organised
- Detail-oriented
