Finance Business Support Administrator – Ripon (Fixed-Term Contract)

- Salary: Up to £26,690
- Bonus: Plus performance-related opportunities

- Contract Type: 7-month fixed-term contract
- Location: Ripon
- Working Arrangement:
- Full-time, permanent (40 hrs/week): Monday–Friday (08:00–17:00, 1-hour break).
- Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
As the Finance Business Support Administrator, your core duties will include:
- Managing customer-related financial transactions
- Loading bank statements and allocating payments
- Taking and processing customer payments via phone
- Generating and analysing Excel reports (e.g., V-lookups, pivot tables*)

Requirements & Skills
Essential
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial data.
- Confidence in making outbound customer calls (page administration).
- Experience in administration/data entry (preferable).
Desirable
- Intermediate/expert Excel skills, including:
- V-lookups
- Pivot tables
- Prior experience in finance support or a similar administrative environment.
