Key Tasks/accountabilities
- Daily reconciliation of monies received, including processing of audits.
- Investigate daily billing issues and resolve accordingly.
- Review daily finance activity reports, including Bank reports and action as required.
- Credit control of various products & raising invoices to be issued to Third Parties.
- Process the Sites ‘month end’ within specific timescales and deadlines.
- Reconcile the Sites Daily cash movements and banking’s, liaising with the Sites staff and supporting them to resolve any issues.
- Ensure all Suppliers are paid according to the agreed payment terms, including payments by BACS, Cheque, Bankline, and Direct Debit.
- Reconcile supplier statements, answering any queries.
- Supporting the Business, resolving any finance queries as and when required.
- Complete all month-end activities in accordance with month-end deadlines.
- Any Ad-hoc tasks as directed from Finance Processing Manager.

Essential Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record of managing large volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of management.
- Experience of SAP finance system and Microsoft Office suite and G Suite.
- Design and implement plans for own areas of responsibility.
