About the Opportunity
Forge Talent are delighted to be working exclusively with an ambitious, high-growth technology business to appoint a Commercial Business Partner (Revenue).
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to join a business where finance plays a key role in influencing commercial decisions and driving profitable growth.
Working closely with sales, operations and senior leadership, you'll be responsible for pricing strategy, commercial performance, revenue analysis and business partnering across multiple international markets.

This is an opportunity where you'll have genuine influence over commercial decision-making and work alongside senior leaders to drive performance.

The Role
- Producing insightful reporting on revenue, margins, product performance and commercial trends.
- Delivering analysis and recommendations to improve profitability across multiple territories.
- Partnering with commercial and sales teams to review deals, optimise pricing and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Supporting pricing strategy through regular pricing reviews and commercial analysis.
- Managing and developing complex pricing structures across multiple products and international markets.
- Supporting strategic initiatives including new market launches, acquisitions and commercial projects.
- Working with finance and operational teams to strengthen controls and minimise revenue leakage.
- Identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes, systems and reporting.
- Building financial models to support pricing decisions and product profitability analysis.
- Supporting wider commercial projects that drive business performance and continuous improvement.

About You
- Experience within Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, Pricing or Revenue Analysis.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large data sets.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, studying towards qualification or qualified by experience.
