Finance Controller

London (Hybrid) | Kings Cross – Two Days Per Week

£75k + Benefits

Forget everything you think you know about Finance Controller roles.

This isn't about sitting in the background producing reports.

This is a business that moves fast, thinks big and expects finance to be right at the centre of the action. We're looking for a commercially driven Finance Controller who loves partnering with operations, leading people and influencing decisions that genuinely shape the business.

If you enjoy working with ambitious people, thrive in a high-energy environment and want to see the direct impact of your work across multiple sites, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Opportunity

You'll join a growing multi-site business where every day is different.

Working alongside senior operational leaders, you'll provide the financial insight that helps drive performance, maximise profitability and support continued growth. You'll be equally comfortable analysing financial performance, challenging operational decisions and celebrating the successes that come from getting it right.

This is a visible role where you'll build relationships across the business and become a trusted commercial partner, not just the person producing the numbers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
