The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.

Finance Coordinator - Tissot - Hinkley Point C

Main Duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier account administration
  • Manage the accounts payable mailbox
  • Respond to supplier queries regarding invoices, payments, statements, remittances
  • Obtain missing documentation and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Resolve invoice processing issues on the ERP system
  • Liaise with procurement, project teams, and suppliers to ensure invoices can be processed
  • Collect Direct Debit invoices and provide them to the external accounting provider
  • Monitor invoice approval workflows and ensure invoices progress through internal approval stages
  • Create new supplier accounts in the ERP and ensure all required supporting documentation is obtained and maintained
  • Prepare, issue, and maintain customer invoices
  • Monitor customer payment status
  • Follow up outstanding receivables and support debt collection activities
  • Maintain customer billing records
  • Support intercompany quarterly invoicing processes
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and the external accounting provider
  • Coordinate and follow up requests from the external accounting provider
  • Support the resolution of ERP, workflow, and process issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders and software providers where required
  • Maintain organized and auditable AP and AR records
  • Ensure invoice documentation is stored on company systems in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain financial filing structures and supporting records
  • Verify payment confirmations are correctly filed and accessible

  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance
  • AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified
  • 2-3 years experience
