Living Things is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in every major grocer, the best independents, and 20+ international markets. We're less than three years into our mission to make soft drinks that are delicious and guilt-free and we're growing our team.

We're looking for a Finance & Credit Control Manager to take ownership of our core finance operations and build one of the UK's defining consumer brands. You'll manage our accountants, run credit control, and oversee our trade debt facilities. Your priority will be making sure cash is well managed, customers pay on time, and our funding lines are used effectively. It's a broad role with real responsibility, ideal for someone who's comfortable getting into the detail while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

We're open to considering this role on a part-time basis for the right person.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
