Data Analyst – Join Us at Flogas

Join us as at Flogas and we’ll do right by you with training, support, benefits, and opportunities to develop in our 1,350-strong team.

Flogas is powered by people who want to do energy right by customers in homes and businesses across the country. Our team of Drivers, Technicians, Customer Experience experts, Site Managers, Engineers, and Electricians come together to deliver more for our customers.

About the Role

How you’ll power our business as a Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative team working in a fast-paced environment, providing quality, commercially focused business information and intelligence across the organisation. This role will require working closely with Finance Business Partners to improve efficiencies and margins at Flogas.

Adopting new technologies and ways of working is key – automation is at the forefront. While our business predominantly supports renewable energy initiatives, we’re priming the sector for a future where all our customers get 100% renewable energy by 2040.

Your role will have purpose: you’ll help customers transition from oil to gas, develop offerings in heat pumps, solar panels, and explore biofuels and renewable gases – contributing to a sustainable future. Come to Flogas and help us do energy right for the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
