We're committed to delivering smarter solutions through data and innovation. We're looking for a Finance Data Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a pivotal role in transforming how financial and operational information is reported across the business.
Reporting into the Finance function
Working closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders, you'll lead the development and delivery of management information through Power BI. You'll help modernise reporting, improve data quality, automate manual processes, and provide valuable insight that supports decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional with strong Power BI skills and a passion for turning complex data into meaningful business insight.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support financial and operational performance reporting.
- Translate business and reporting requirements into clear, automated reporting solutions.
- Deliver scalable, reliable and user-friendly reporting tools and dashboards.
- Support the development of a single source of truth for reporting and data management.
- Improve data quality, consistency and governance across reporting processes.
- Analyse financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Experience producing management information, performance reporting and dashboards for finance or operational teams.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, including KPI tracking, variance analysis and performance measurement.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, Power Query and data modelling.
- Experience cleansing, transforming, validating and reconciling large data sets.
- Experience supporting revenue, cost, margin, KPI or month-end reporting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Understanding of finance data structures, data governance and reporting controls.
- Experience working with ERP or operational systems such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, DAX or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of finance transformation, process improvement and reporting automation.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, a professional accounting qualification (CA), or CFA/FRM certification.
