Job Description
Role: Reports to the CEO
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Lead and manage the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the board and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Director should possess:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven leadership experience within a high-growth SME.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial compliance and regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
