Finance Director

As Finance Director, you will have full responsibility for the financial leadership of the Group, ensuring best-in-class financial control, governance, reporting, compliance and taxation. Just as importantly, you will act as a strategic business partner, providing insight, challenge and commercial guidance that supports growth and performance across the organisation.

Description

As Finance Director, you will have full responsibility for the financial leadership of the Group, ensuring best-in-class financial control, governance, reporting, compliance and taxation. Just as importantly, you will act as a strategic business partner, providing insight, challenge and commercial guidance that supports growth and performance across the organisation.

Leading an established finance function, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen capability and ensure the business is well positioned for future opportunities.

Key Priorities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to the Board and senior leadership team.
  • Lead all group reporting, controls, compliance, tax and audit activities.
  • Deliver high-quality commercial insight to support decision-making and growth.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, investment appraisal and long-term planning.
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing finance team.
  • Strengthen governance, risk management and operational excellence across the function.

Profile

About You

  • ACA qualified.
  • Outstanding technical accounting, reporting and audit expertise.
  • Understanding of corporate tax and regulatory compliance.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to influence and challenge at Board level.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
