Role Overview

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Profile

A Successful Finance Director Should Have

  • A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a finance team.
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
