- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage cash flow and financial risk effectively.
- Support decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.

Profile
A Successful Finance Director Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a finance team.
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- A recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £100,000-120,000, dependent on the level of experience.
