Description
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Board, the Finance Director will lead all financial strategy, governance, and performance. The role spans commercial partnering, financial control, forecasting, and supporting long‑term growth and transformation initiatives.

- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support medium‑ and long‑term business objectives.
- Provide high‑quality management reporting, insight, and challenge to the Board and senior leadership team.
- Oversee financial controls, governance, and compliance, ensuring robust processes and regulatory adherence.
- Act as a commercial partner to operational leaders, driving performance, margin improvement, and value creation.
- Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing finance team, embedding best practice and continuous improvement.
Profile
You will be a qualified finance leader with senior‑level experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder organisations. A strong commercial mindset, proven leadership capability, and confidence influencing at board level are essential.
