The Future of Togather Finance – FD Opportunity

We are at the heart of great events – and now finance needs to match our growth.

Togather in Briefly

Founder-led, 50+ strong, we design, power, and optimise events across B2B and B2C markets. From client winter ball celebrations (Spotify, Netflix, BBC) to major public festivals (Rock Oyster, GALA, Pride in London), we create lasting connections – and scale 10m+ annual attendees through our Marketplace & Live divisions.

Why join us?

  • Ranked amongst UK’s best places to work (Tempo Awards, Startups 100).
  • Pioneered as Feast It (2014) from a kitchen table – now transforming the industry.
  • Shared purpose: scale events for communities, teams, and cities.

The Role: Group Finance Director (Essential)

A foundational moment. Togather’s three revenue pillars—Marketplace, Live, and our tendered supply businesses (including Field Vision Bars, acquired this year)—turbocharge our ambition: full year profitability in 18 months, sale readiness ahead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

Unfortunately, one requirement isn’t negotiable: you. You’ll thrive in slapdash problem-solving (yet with end results that look seamless).

Non-Negotiable Mandates

For the hard-core easily head-on ✅ audit/CPA/AIM ne’er-do-well (CIMA, ACCA/ACA). ✅ money architect (FP&A to FP/Growth, FP→Emerging FD/Senior Director of Finance). ✅ Technologically fluent—(time-to-close, WC, cash flows, controls).

Are you already tough on the internals vs. the outside realm? Handraised the bar properly—in repetitive perfectionism.

Beyond a Nice List: Serious Amenities

☞ Acquisition/acquisitions experience—**any side of the process(force). ☞ Event/ चला पूतūs hospitality or seasonal high-level-complexity fin teams. ☞ Multi-entity murals replication (recharges, inter-company, consolidation). Charged parties?
