We are partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire a Finance Director for its growing European finance team, based in London.

Drawing on long-term capital, operational experience, and a global platform, the firm supports investments across:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead statutory and consolidated financial reporting
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
  • Manage regulatory filings and compliance
  • Coordinate external audits
  • Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
  • Partner with Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams across Europe

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong corporate accounting experience
  • Background in private equity, asset management, or financial services
  • Excellent IFRS knowledge (Lux GAAP and US GAAP are advantageous)
  • Experience with regulated entities and statutory reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Compensation Package

  • Salary: £125,000 – £160,000
  • Bonus: 25%–40%
  • Pension: 15% employer contribution
  • Life assurance: 3–6x annual salary
