Finance Director | Manchester (On-site) | £90,000–£110,000 + £10k Car Allowance + Bonus

A career-defining opportunity for an ambitious Finance Director to join a fast-growing, international B2B consultancy and digital services business, backed by a highly successful, well-capitalised parent group with a strong track record of growth, acquisitions, and international expansion.

This is a genuinely commercial FD role where finance sits at the centre of decision-making. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Group leadership team, you'll take full ownership of finance across multiple locations while acting as a key strategic partner to the business. Whether you're stepping into your first FD role or looking for broader commercial and international exposure, this is an opportunity to accelerate your career in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
