Finance Director

£125,000 - £150,000 + Benefits
Gloucester

We're partnering with a private equity backed SaaS software business that develops technology for the service sector. Having established a strong position in its market, the business is now focused on the next phase of growth and is looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Director to join the leadership team.

This is a broad role with real influence across the business. You'll work closely with the CEO and investors, providing financial leadership while helping shape commercial decisions, improve performance and support the delivery of the long-term growth strategy.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys operating beyond the numbers. You'll be involved in strategic decision making, challenge the status quo where appropriate and help build a finance function that can support the business as it continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
