Finance ERP Implementation Lead
Finance ERP Implementation Lead
12-Month Fixed Term Contract Location: London (Hybrid – 1-2 days per week in the office) Salary: £65,000–£75,000
We are supporting an established not-for-profit organisation as they embark on a major finance systems transformation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and are looking for an experienced Finance ERP Implementation Lead to take ownership of the business side of a new ERP implementation.
This is not a technical ERP consultant or project management role—we are seeking someone who has previously been on the client side of an ERP implementation, understands the challenges of delivering change from within a Finance team, and can confidently represent the business throughout the project.
You will act as the link between Finance stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring the new solution supports the organisation’s operational needs while keeping delivery on track.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the Finance workstream throughout the implementation, working closely with:
- Finance teams
- Senior stakeholders
- Delivery partners
to ensure the project is delivered successfully.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
