Your Responsibilities
Your role will be varied, but core responsibilities include:
- Managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Ensuring daily accounting transactions are accurately posted into Xero (correction from "Zero" for relevance).
- Assisting with budget tracking and cost reconciliations for conferences (new process requiring meticulous tracking of invoices).
- Supporting the production of monthly finance reports across the business.
- Contributing to ad-hoc finance projects and aiding in the implementation of new finance processes.

Qualifications & Skills
- A finance bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding academic results (candidates with strong finance exam credentials will be prioritised).
- 2+ years of finance experience.
- Eligibility for a UK work permit.
- An exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong process orientation, being highly structured and systematic.
Start Date
As soon as possible Note: Only office-based employees will be considered; the role is Monday-Friday based in our London offices at Buckingham Gate.
