Your Responsibilities

Your role will be varied, but core responsibilities include:

  • Managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Ensuring daily accounting transactions are accurately posted into Xero (correction from "Zero" for relevance).
  • Assisting with budget tracking and cost reconciliations for conferences (new process requiring meticulous tracking of invoices).
  • Supporting the production of monthly finance reports across the business.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc finance projects and aiding in the implementation of new finance processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A finance bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding academic results (candidates with strong finance exam credentials will be prioritised).
  • 2+ years of finance experience.
  • Eligibility for a UK work permit.
  • An exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong process orientation, being highly structured and systematic.

Start Date

As soon as possible Note: Only office-based employees will be considered; the role is Monday-Friday based in our London offices at Buckingham Gate.
