About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Expert to join our customer's team in a dynamic, remote capacity. You will leverage your deep financial domain knowledge to analyze images and videos, crafting challenging and insightful finance questions that put your expertise to the test. This expert-level annotation role directly impacts the quality of a cutting-edge, technology-driven business project.
Key Responsibilities
- Review diverse financial content in image and video formats with precision and rigor.
- Develop advanced, domain-specific questions that demand true finance expertise to solve.
- Tag each task accurately by category and subcategory to ensure optimal routing to answering experts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain experts to uphold content accuracy and relevance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform question creation and content tagging.
- Continuously assess and optimize the quality and difficulty level of crafted questions based on expert feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks throughout the annotation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and modern financial reporting tools.
- Strong grounding in budgeting, accounting principles, and data analysis.
- Experience with cost optimization and technology-driven business environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting detailed, high-level questions.
- Demonstrated project and stakeholder management experience in consulting or financial roles.

Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in finance-related annotation, assessment, or question generation.
- Background working with regulatory compliance in global finance contexts.
- Familiarity with expert-level crowdsourcing or remote expert consulting projects.
